Tony Brewer in Atl. Great guy- big event planner - he does all the Zoo and Museum events. I worked with him some event for Hermes in NC- they spent an obscene amount. I saw 1 bill for like $80,000 and there may well have been other bills beside that one. He is on Mailing Avenue in Atlanta- has his own website.
Another in Lee Eppting Catering in Athens, Ga. Real pric- never worked for him. BUT he does a lot of $100,000 weddings. You could even do your stuff on colored, plastic, disposable plates as most of the caterers supply thier own china and take it back withthem after the event.
