Hi  Crimson I've given your query more thought, and I think the reason that many people myself included, feel self concious about taking photos of other people is emapathy for others and a respect of their privacy. I think festive events and expositions of certain sorts are good place to capture images of others, the logic and reason being people go to these gatherings to be seen and will probably at least expect to see photographer about. as opposed to snapping a shot shot of some one sitting in a cafe minding their own business.

For myself I feel it is a lot easier to take a photo of someone or  a group of people who are are in an extroverted state and and already drawing plenty of attention to themselves.

Well, for whatever its worth thats my two cents.

Let me know if you have any thoughts on the matter.

Hi Crimson, Im also quite shy about taking photos of people I dont know, I think raises a lot of questions, My way of dealing dealing with it is to arrange for someone to take photos of, I find when when both partys are clear of the intent it relieves a lot of inhibitions.

Hey Sherrie, long time! I hope your holidays were memorable...in a good way, I mean..LOL. I've been busy the past couple months with organization campaign so I've been MIA. Slowing into my winter mode and hope to have more time for friends and family. Hope all is well and your staying warm and cozy! Moss

The Zero Gravity sounds kewl. I've always wanted to float around...without the water. But you should never take a club to an orgy. You could hurt someone..:~))
