My desires and reasons for creating are changing all the time, so here's an update: I draw because it makes me feel good, calms me,and puts me in touch with the Source that Created me.As artist I feel we need to get to the point where we create just for the sheer Joy of doing so, whether we succeed financially or not. I have reached that point.So it will always be a part of my daily activities.I do feel I am an Excellent Portrait Artist and would be a Honor to do work for you. Doing my cartoon,Getting Real, has been cathartic for me as a means of healing and talking about a number of challenges in my life that I have survived.I would Love to be able to get this cartoon out to a wider audience somehow because I feel it is a very Timely one and...easy for women to relate to.I am not sure how to go about it, but I am constantly seeking answers for this. My artistic talent(and ways of communicating) are gifts and I hope to continue sharing them with others.If I can help you in anyway, I will. Most people would look at an ordinary object and see the thing itself. I see it's potential to be a whole variety of other Creations. When I witness the beauty of the outdoors, I see vibrant colors and textures.I've been an artist all my life in a variety of mediums, my work has been sold in boutiques and stores and can be found in private collections across the U.S.My talent is God-given and from there on it is self-taught. When I am Creating, I think I know what the Divine Source must feel when he/she/it does. My favorite form of art that I do is extreemly detailed drawings.However, I am having such a good time writing and illustrating the stories in my cartoons, especially in GETTING REAL.They give me the opportunity to tell my own story or work out challenges in my own life via the composite of characters that make up that particular cartoon.   I am also a Reconstructed clothing designer.I've recently become aware of the Steampunk movement(why is it after 30 yrs. of age I am Behind instead of Making the trends ??;) and will be creating accessories and outfits accordingly.

My work has included Altered books, ACEO art cards, 2 dimensional collage work, all sold on EBAY, murals, illustration, Charcoal/Pastel portraits, pen & ink drawings, Acryllics and colored pencils.

Passionate about dogs, life, antiques and thrift stores and reconstructive clothing and revamping thrift store/garage sale finds for re-use.I love the outdoors, walking beach combing, chatting with gal pals, and talking with other women about making Their Dreams come true, living extraordinary lives like the extraordinary women we all are !I've also discovered this year my love of and desire for Kink.Loooove kinky women !!
