My work is powerful, bold, bright and yet dark. After living and growing up in a country where i was constantly surrounded by violence, crime and poverty, i found myself searching for calmness and beauty in the dark and negative elements of live in a third world country. My constant search for the balance between these emotions and experiences led me to become an artist.

I was born in Namibia, raised in South Africa and after I travelled through Europe I settled down in Louisville Kentucky where i work from my home studio.
