Well I thought I would dabble in airbrush and I am at my wits end. Airbrush started to work for about 5 seconds then stopped pulling paint. Got airflow but no suction.

Got milk? The best way to remember paint consistency is to shoot for that of milk. Check for any leaks in air hose & anything having to do with the container (if you're working from a hose at all). If there's a leak, suction won't work. If you're using one that has the paint container attached to the rig itself, it sounds like the paint may be too thick. You may want to use a solvent or water (dep on paint - see paint recommendations) & run through the rig until it's clear. If yo0u're using inks straight from the bottle, that should already be the right consistency.

What kind of paint are you using?

Peace,
Kevin
