Born and raised in Indiana, since her childhood years Amanda was always interested and drawn to all forms of art and creative expression. Amanda started out at an early age sketching and drawing pictures of scenery or wildlife and writing short stories and poems. After graduating high school with a plan to pursue psychology, she attended a university for one year but realized that graduate school and essays were not in her future. While taking a break from education, she had a sort of self-discovery that she was not destined to be a psychologist, but an artist. She was skeptical at first, like any average capricorn, thinking that art would not pay the bills and that she needed financial stability to be happy, but her creativity and her talent screamed to be released from her mind and heart. She is now making collages, designing clothing, reconstructing garments, sketching, and creating in every free moment she has, proving that you cannot subdue a creative soul.
