I have been making jewelry of one kind or another since I was a child, but as an adult, in learning to cope with some physical disabilities, I have begun to explore silversmithing and metal work. I enjoy working with all types of metal. My mother encouraged me to take silversmithing classes and so it all began! I mainly create sterling silver and copper jewelry, but also incorporate brass, gold, precious and semi-precious stones and beads. It's fun to start out with one thing in mind and come up with something completely different!
