I was encouraged from a young age to explore my creative tendencies, and through out myteens spent much of her time pursuing these activities, including drawing, painting, jewelry-making (lost wax casting as well as beading), sculpture and photography.  In college I explored her passion for body modification, writing and anthropology, devoting all of my time to studies and these pursuits. Recently, I was drawn once more to visual media, focusing on photography and digital manipulation, as well as web design. 

My photography explores natural and rural landscapes, waterscapes, and cityscapes, portraiture focusing on alternative lifestyles and fashion, and most recently documentary photography focusing on body modification. I am currently compiling a book of photography and anthropological text dealing with contemporary body modification, combining my passions for culture and body art.
